JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs the duties of the Central Issue Facility (CIF) Stock Clerk and works under general supervision of the CIF Supervisor; direct supervision of the Warehouse Specialist Lead of the Schofield Barracks, AFSBn-HAW, Tech Systems Inc. on a U.S. Army Sustainment Command (ASC) logistics contract. Receive, store and issue equipment, materials, merchandise or tools and compile stock in a stock or storeroom.

Responsibilities:

· Additional duties may be assigned to support contract requirements in a job-related area such as housekeeping (internal and external), environmental, safety and security.

· May be cross-utilized in other job areas to meet contract requirements as necessary i.e. assisting the Admin office with filing documents and calling customers to finalize records.

· Check incoming orders, store supplies, apply identification to articles, issue supplies, take periodic or perpetual inventory, and request supplies when needed.

· Conduct issues and turn-ins of OCIE gear to customers.

· Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching.

· Utilize hand tools.

· Will be expected to participate in warehouse maintenance and/or clean-up of work-related areas.

· Pass initial and random drug tests.

Must possess a current driver’s license with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Additionally, the use of fax machine, copier, scanner and Level 1 (Basic) proficiency of Microsoft Office is required.

Preferred: High school diploma, knowledge of the Army supply warehouse system and familiarity with Army organizational clothing and individual equipment.

Must be a U.S. citizen. Paid relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance or clearly state a willingness to relocate his or herself.
