Job Description
  • Provides general contract administration support.
  • Processes and tracks time-sensitive information for contracts and proposals.
  • Maintains corporate contract and proposal files (especially electronic files).
  • Maintains and distributes reports on contracts and proposal activities and funding/costs.
  • Assists Business Development and other Contracts staff in review, retrieval, and tracking of RFP material.
  • Assists with proposal document preparation (such as Reps and Certs and other forms).
  • Assists in requesting/processing contract authorizations from clients (e.g., for travel).
  • Prepares property reports for contractor-acquired government equipment items.
  • Assists with drafting amendments for consulting agreements, and subcontracts.
  • Prepares various budget drafts (such as proposals, task orders, travel estimates).
  • Prepares reports of consultant and subcontract expenditures to ensure compliance with approved amounts.
  • Reviews invoices from subcontractors and consultants.
  • Opens/closes project/task numbers for charging purposes (in concert with Accounting and project managers).
  • Assists with preparation of information for other administrative items (e.g., Service Contract Reporting (SCR), small business reporting (ISR & SSR) to SBA, close-out documents/forms).
Job Requirements
  • 5 years of experience working in a Government contract environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities to meet task deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skill.
  • Knowledge of Costpoint (Deltek) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
