Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains inventory of technology assets; completes inventory reports; escalates inventory discrepancies.
• Ships and receives technology assets; issues inter-company credits through inventory system; performs physical inventory.
• Processing returns and excess equipment; ensures vendor credits are received; escalates credit issues.
• Disposes technology assets; tracks credits, rebates and refunds; updates financial information in inventory system.
• Researches resell vendors.
• Tests and configures computers and components.
• Resells used Company technology, including but not limited to, receiving payment and shipping product.
• Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to Asset procedures and services.
• Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• This position requires one year IT Procurement and/or IT Asset management experience.
• Configuration experience preferred. Service Now asset management module experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including skills with Word and Excel are necessary.
• This position requires good verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor is essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, multi-task, and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines simultaneously is required.
• Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude are essential.
• Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes. In addition, organizational and problem solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.

Educational Requirements:

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to complete OSHA Forklift Certification within 30 days.
• Additional college level supply chain or computer classes are beneficial.

Work Days:

Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary

Work Hours:

Normal scheduled shifts are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime (more than forty hours per week) may be necessary
