Role: Lead .NET/ Azure Developer

Role Type: 12 month Contract (No third party or Agency allowed)

Location: Fort Worth, TX ( Hybrid - Must report to office every Wednesday and Thursday)

An Azure Developer Lead is a senior developer with expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions using Azure.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
• Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions using Azure services (SaaS).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Azure and cloud computing technologies.

Development and Coding:

• Write clean, maintainable, and secure code using best practices for cloud development.
• Develop and implement unit tests, integration tests, and functional tests for Azure applications.
• Implement DevOps principles for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Required Skills for Azure Developer Lead:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 7 years of .NET with larger Azure experience, specifically with Azure Functions
• Experience in REST APIs and Publish/Subscribe Architectures
• Azure Service Bus experience
• SAFe Agile experience .
• Proven experience as a software developer with several years of experience in cloud development using Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in Azure services in SaaS offerings.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, such as scalability, security, and reliability.
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (CI/CD).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Certifications:

• Microsoft Azure Certification
• SAFe Practitioner is a plus

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
