Role: Generative AI Developer
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (onsite)
Experience Level: Mid to Senior
Long term role
Minimum Requirements:

5-8 years of Data Science experience. Strong understanding of AI, ML, NLP – Transformers, BeRT etc and experience in building models, fine tuning, troubleshooting.
6-8 years of Python experience and usage in Data Science projects in an Enterprise and production environment. Familiarity with modular project building and building backend services (REST API).
Experience with RAG techniques, specifically implementing RAG based systems into production use cases and chunking and splitting techniques.

What makes you a great fit:

Experience with Graph technology (Neo4j or similar) is a plus.
1-2 years of experience with GenAI techniques – LLM (Vertex Model Garden, Open Source).
1-2 years of experience with LlamaIndex (and/or Langchain).
1-2 years of experience with VectorDB (Chroma, Milvus).
Working experience with GCP, Cloud Run, developing SaaS applications and/or modules.
Working experience with git, GitHub and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
