Position: Helpdesk / IT Support Technician
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL - 100% onsite
IMPORTANT: SHOULD HAVE AN ACTIVE A CERTIFICATE
We are looking for applicants with Apple knowledge and experience in an enterprise environment that utilized or is familiar with Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills. This position has a morning shift 7am-3:30pm and an evening shift 11:30am-8pm. Also, please ensure the applicant is comfortable working around employees who carry firearms.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
A. High school diploma and Comp TIA A ; Associates degree in an Information Technology field and/or Network or Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) preferred.
B. Minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible experience in applied technology customer service, preferably in a public sector governmental agency or similar law enforcement environment; troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, experience with Windows compatible hardware troubleshooting and repair; MacOS and Android troubleshooting experience a plus. Ability to supply end user support and instruction.
C. Possess and keep a valid Florida driver’s license throughout employment without any restrictions that affect job performance.
D. Performs related duties as directed.
