**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a thorough understanding of commercial real estate. No financial budgetting or leasing, only managing the operations of the properties.
**Duties:**
- Manage commercial properties, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Enforce lease agreements
- Handle tenant relations, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property needs
- Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are kepts in a clean and maintained condition.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities
