Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based dental group, is looking for a professional to join our motivated and ambitious team. The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional attention-to-detail and will be intelligent, organized, dependable, driven, forward thinking, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company.

This position will cross train on different administrative and customer-service related responsibilities in the orthodontic department. Travel is necessary between our offices in Lilburn, Peachtree Corners, Dacula, and Cumming.

Responsibilities:

• Address incoming calls; schedule and confirm appointments
• Provide coverage for check-out
• Present treatment plans to achieve a high acceptance rate for orthodontic care
• Explain financial obligations and collect on patient balances
• Verify orthodontic insurance benefits
• Enter accurate information and post payments in Dolphin, our Patient Management Software
• Ensure required contract and other documents are distributed
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Able to work Monday-Friday
• Willing to travel between our office locations in Lilburn, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, and Cumming
• Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
