Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based pediatric dental group, is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team. Our coordinators handle various administrative responsibilities to maintain the patient flow within our sedation center in our Lilburn office.

Responsibilities:

• Work with dental staff, anesthesiologists, and RNs to ensure patient satisfaction
• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
• Present treatment plans and effectively explain the IV sedation process to parents
• Distribute and collect all appropriate paperwork and questionnaires
• Pre-op patients and track their progress while in surgery
• Maintain a sterile surgical environment before and after patient appointments
• Monitor the supply inventory for sedation cases
• Complete post-op calls for all cases
• Field incoming phone calls and answer question about IV sedation services
• Effectively explain financial obligations and collect payments
• Verify insurance benefits, post procedures, and submit claims and pre-authorizations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a dental office is preferred
• Fluency in Spanish is required
• Ability to work full-time between Monday-Friday, weekends as needed
• Ability to work extended hours between the hours of 6AM and 7PM
• Practice management software experience with Dentrix is preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
