Job description :

Supporting OTL and Payroll Modules along with the CEMLIs including inbound / outbound interfaces to third party systems requiring the following knowledge :

• Extensive knowledge of the functionality and table structures of Oracle Applications
• Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business / technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs
• Familiarity with OTLR earning policies, shift differentials, rotations plan etc
• Knowledge of Oracle patch analysis and Updates for statutory requirements
• Expertise in Payroll processes.
• Experience with personalization / customization and utilizing Oracle APIs and creating webADI integrators
• Experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support- Understanding of multiple business groups and the impact throughout OTL and Payroll Processes
• Understanding change management process
• Troubleshooting production issues while critically thinking in pressure situations.
• Working with the HRIS management team to understand priorities and meet deadlines and goals.
• Provide support to Business users as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Identify and use latest technology to provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers in the most cost-effective way
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology is a plus
• Experience in ADP payroll is a plus
