**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled & experienced Risk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the organization's financial stability and reputation.

**Duties:**

- Conduct cash flow, credit, and statistical analysis to assess risk levels

- Utilize underwriting principles to evaluate potential risks associated with financial transactions

- Perform quantitative research to identify trends and patterns that may pose risks

- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial losses

- Utilize financial acumen to make informed decisions regarding risk exposure

- Create and maintain financial models to forecast potential risks

- Collect and analyze data to assess the organization's risk profile

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with risk management policies

- Negotiate terms with external partners to mitigate risks effectively

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in cash flow analysis, credit analysis, and statistical analysis

- Extensive Worker's Compensation experience

- Strong underwriting skills

- Healthcare experience is a major benefit.

- Ability to conduct quantitative research

- Excellent financial acumen and understanding of financial services

- Experience in financial modeling and data collection

- Strong negotiation skills
