HIRING: Product Management Recruiter

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Management Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our product management positions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels including networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Manage the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and assist with onboarding activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically within product management or related fields.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and best practices for attracting top talent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
