TeamOps is Hiring a Lobby Security Officer Near Foxborough, MA
- In both patrol or fixed post roles, help ensure the safety and security of assigned areas of responsibility.
- Screen and monitor all visitors and guests entering the Lighthouse and in designated guest areas.
- During your shift, inform the Command Center Shift Supervisor of any safety hazards or security issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure visitors and guests remain in designated areas and are complying with all safety and security policies.
- Greet and engage visitors and guests in order to enhance their experience through friendly communication, guest services, and providing information related to Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place.
- Keep company information confidential with regards to onsite incidents, procedures, or security technology.
- Accurately complete any and all related reports prior to the end of your shift. All reports must be reviewed by the Shift Supervisor prior to final completion.
- Understand the emergency plan and actively assist in any and all emergency situations.
- Complete routine security checks.
- Assist with CCTV and alarm monitoring.
- Ensure that Lighthouse areas are unlocked or secured as required.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Guest oriented, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, oral and written.
- Ability to remain calm, work under pressure and de-escalate situations.
- Attentive to detail and observant

- Lighthouse Security Hosts work in outdoor and indoor environments, for unpredictable durations, year-round.
- The top of the Lighthouse is approximately 220 feet in elevation with an outdoor walking area requiring lighthouse staff presence when public is present. This position may be staffed 365 days a year.
