TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a family medicine (FM), internal medicine (IM), or geriatric trained physician to join our post-acute care team as a facility medical director of a skilled nursing facility in Murfreesboro, TN.
TeamHealth post-acute care is built around a team that coordinates inpatient primary care and behavioral healthcare in an integrated care model in more than 2,300 locations nationwide and that cares for patients at 215 facilities throughout Tennessee. But most importantly, it's built around you.
We ask that you be board certified or board eligible with a current Tennessee medical license and DEA. Post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.
Target patient rounding is 1 day per week.
