Are you seeking a job opportunity that offers stability and continuous learning Our client in the Medical Center is partnering with us in seeking an Orthopedic Cast Technician who will be responsible for applying casts and splints and assisting with the original durable medical equipment fitting. Orthopedic Cast Technician’s Responsibilities:

• Properly fit and apply pre-operative braces, crutches, and prosthetics
• Assist with preparation for and application of casts and orthopedic appliances
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked casts and soft goods room; order special supplies and or equipment when needed

Orthopedic Cast Technician’s Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required and a certification from an accredited Orthopedic Technologist program is required
• Two (2) years of Orthopedic Technician experience within an orthopedic practice is required
• Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) is required
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication and time management skills are required
