Title Clerk
Duties:
- Process and review title documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and submit title applications to the appropriate agencies
- Processing DMV for NJ on Tri Vin, ensure that online registration is timely and within state guidelines
- Preparing paperwork for out of state DMV to be sent to agencies such as Plateman, Becaon, and Bridge Auto, in a timely matter
- Coordinate with Sales department & customers to gather necessary information and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of title transactions and documentation
- Assist customers and employees with title-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Filing all deals when work is completed

Experience:
- Notary preferred but not required
- Prior New Jersey title clerk experience is required (min of 2 years)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
-Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- A sense of urgency is a must in this position
