We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Home Health Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized nursing care to clients in their homes during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, including vital signs, and report any changes to the supervising physician.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other prescribed interventions.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Arizona.
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong Clinical Skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes within the designated area.
