Team Ruby Henderson is Hiring a Real Estate Sales Buyer’S Agent Near Raleigh, NC

We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Compensation:

$125,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market

What You’re Great At:

You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport quickly, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zone. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute a lead generation lever weekly
  • Conduct open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in scheduled training
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangout, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
