Essential Duties:
- Assist with Repair/Inventory of all Network Equipment including PCs and laptops/Peripherals/Servers/Switches.
- Provide Help Desk Support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook365, and a variety of other programs.
- Assist in Window Server 2012/2016/2019 Management.
- Work with IT/AV-related Software/Hardware, Cisco StadiumVision Software, DMPs, and 300 TVs.
- Work with PBA WiFi Networks. 200 AP Software/Hardware.
- Work with Scoreboard/Ribbon Board Click-Effects/Daktronix Software/Hardware.
- Work with Musco Sports Lighting and Sound Software/Hardware, along with AV Managers as needed.
- Update and maintain Allo VoIP Phone Systems.
- Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, holidays, and weekends, as needed.
- Maintain an attitude of “do whatever it takes.”
- Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use and maintenance of Desktop and Laptop computers.
- Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use of Microsoft Windows Software, Microsoft Office Products, Basic Routing and Networking (Cisco), Basic Server Maintenance, and Cabling.
- Cisco Managed Switch Programming is a plus.
- Demonstrable proper knowledge and use of all procedures, techniques, machines, materials, equipment, and tools used in technical construction and maintenance.
- Possess knowledge and experience in industry terminology, event-related services, facility capabilities, and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility.
- Possess an understanding of the facility’s electrical, mechanical, and other systems.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others encountered in the course of employment.
- Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and other related materials.
- Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
- Meet the physical demands of the job, which entail climbing, lifting, and carrying.
- Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
- Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
