ARE YOU THE CRISIS COORDINATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To excel as a Crisis Coordinator at Team Recovery Ohio LLC, you'll need a minimum of 3 years of experience in Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder treatment. Essential qualifications include CDCA Certification, QMHS Certification, and a valid First Aid/CPR, AED, BLS, or ALS Certification. Additionally, preferred qualifications include LSW or LPC certification. The ability to navigate crisis situations with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency is key to success in this role. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with individuals in vulnerable situations.
