Position Overview: As a Service BDC Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages related to service appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers by scheduling appointments, providing information about services, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Schedule:

This position requires a Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
  • Schedule service appointments and manage service advisor calendars
  • Provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and dealership policies
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any additional needs
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Automotive industry experience is a bonus but not required
