Position Overview: As a Service BDC Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages related to service appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers by scheduling appointments, providing information about services, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Schedule:
This position requires a Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.
