JobSummary

Coordinate the mostcostefficient travel arrangements for team clients usingindependent judgment and discretion. Promote and maintain thehighest level of customer service in theindustry.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implementstrategies to attract and acquire new clients
  • Provide exceptionalcustomer service to clients ensuring their travel needs are met
  • Plan and book travelarrangements including flights accommodations transportation andactivities
  • Build relationshipswith hotels airlines and other travel partners to negotiatecompetitive rates and exclusive offers for clients
  • Stay uptodate onindustry trends and changes in travel regulations
  • Manage clientinquiries resolve issues and provide timely followup
  • Maintain accuraterecords of client interactions andtransactions

Skills :

  • Excellentcustomer service skills to provide personalized experiences forclients
  • Proficientin travel planning and knowledgeable about popular destinationshotels airlines and attractions
  • Hospitalityexperience is a plus as it demonstrates an understanding ofdelivering exceptional service
  • Strongorganizational skills to manage multiple clients and bookingssimultaneously
