Responsibilities

• Follow the specific Team Kaplan proven success way of prospecting and follow up to ensure you get the very best results
• Provide excellent communication to clients before, during, and throughout the buying/selling process
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

Qualifications

• A VALID and active Real Estate License is required for this job
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Self-motivation and drive
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Great communication and social skills
• Tech savvy
• Bi-Lingual a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,819.00 - $103,876.00 per year
