Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in promoting and enhancing our brand image through effective marketing strategies and merchandising techniques. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company. Duties: - Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns and promotions - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities - Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules - Create visually appealing displays and arrange products in an organized manner - Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product assortment and placement - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in merchandising Skills: - Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, SQL, and marketing automation platforms - Strong knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google Ads, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and Google Analytics - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative merchandising strategies - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously At our company, we value creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
