To provide a comfortable, clean environment and client facing amenities that are clean, safe, and presentable while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and proactive approach to work. Ensuring that all services provided to RV Guests and to NG clients are clean, presentable, and available 24/7/365. High tolerance of change.

2.1Essential Position Functions

• Responsible for ensuring that the camp facilities are clean and presentable to include laundry services as needed.
• Follow daily check list as defined.
• Report any facility or safety issues immediately
• Maintain areas that are offered to the client include but not limited to:

• Military Wellness and Recreation area (MWR): game / lounge hall, tables. Chairs, floor sweeping and wet mopping, trash removal, disinfecting surface areas, placing any left items in the lost and found bin, cleaning appliance surfaces, game tables.
• Base Camp Gym (NW Area of camp)
• Base Camp Facilities / showers
• Base Camp Study Areas /cabins
• Base Camp Dog Exercise area
• Base Camp Trash & Rubbish
• Base Camp pool
• Base Camp BBQ Pit area
• Base Camp Common areas
• Base Camp Parking lots
• Base Camp DFAC (Dining Facility)
• Base Camp Laundry room and supply room
• Base Camp Main office / Facilities
• Base Camp Supplies / inventory (command centers and general cleaning supply requirements, towels for showers)
• Base Camp HVAC units (Filters)
• Base Camp water softeners.
• All other duties as assigned

2.2 Required Outcomes

• Always follow checklist
• Provide exceptional hospitality services
• Maintain all areas to highest level of cleanliness standards
• Maintain MSDS logs of all products used
• Follow Safety protocols, policies, and procedures when performing work
• Immediately report any issues to BCD.

2.2Minimum Position Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred. (Knowledge of basic laundry machine use, use of cleaning agents and equipment)
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Work conditions & physical requirements: Able to lift up to 50 pounds, able to use cleaning supplies and tools (power washers / vacuums etc). Able to perform walks through the base campgrounds to watch for any anomalies to be reported to management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal procedures
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
