DCH is currently seeking qualified candidates for theHR Business Partner (HRBP) in the Office of Human Resources. The HRBP is responsible for partnering with assigned offices to support their people strategy which ensures they are able to meet their strategic goals and objectives. The HRBP is responsible for daily transactions, recruitment, assists with onboarding and offboarding employees, employee relations, training, employee engagement, benefits, and other human resource functions.
