Henry County Counseling Center – Outpatient Fully Licensed LCSW, LPC or LMFT 

Provide behavioral health services to include assessments, individual and group therapy, and addictive disease supports to children and adults. Participate in treatment team meetings; staffing individuals’ status and course of treatment. Ensure treatment plans and authorizations are completed for each individual; ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner per agency guidelines.

NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of:

Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record 
Database
Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
