```Overview: We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team.If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to work instructions and production specifications
- Work with grinders and mig welders
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in basic math and the ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers
- Knowledge of programming and tooling is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem
-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
