MR Roofing is looking for skilled and entry-level Roofers to join our growing team. Our work takes us to unique, challenging projects because of our standing seam metal, cedar shake, and shingle roofing expertise. If you have experience in roofing or the construction industry or an aptitude to learn, we want to hear from you! For entry-level and experienced candidates looking to build or continue a career in construction, we offer on-the-job training, continuous professional development, and safety certification opportunities to learn new skills and advance within MR Roofing.
Our Ideal Roofer:

• Experience: Construction or roofing experience is preferred, but we will provide on-the-job training for the right person. Familiarity with hand and power tools, work ethic integrity, and OSHA certifications are helpful.
• Quality-Focused: We embrace exclusive, challenging projects for our customers and are looking for roofers who pay attention to detail & accuracy and take pride in their work. Our customers trust that we will offer the utmost in outstanding work.
• Punctuality: We want all teams to arrive on time for the truck to leave the shop at 6:00 a.m. We strive to consistently have everyone back at the shop in Manheim by 5:00 p.m.
• Clean Cut: We are a friendly, upbeat roofing crew. We expect appropriate language, no visible tattoos, and casual but clean attire. Company Shirts and light jackets provided.
• Safety Conscious: We take our crews' safety seriously and expect all employees to adhere to OSHA and company safety rules at all times without exception. Safety training provided.
• Servant Leadership: Interact to serve teammates and customers courteously and professionally. The ideal candidate cares about the quality of work, honesty, and integrity, demonstrates humility, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn.
• Stewardship: Use equipment respectfully, leaving it clean and in optimal working order for the next person. Report needed repairs immediately.
• Active: Work in a physically demanding role and be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb scaffolding, be comfortable with heights, and lift 50-80 lbs. regularly. Can work outdoors in all seasons and temperatures because we install roofing all year. During rain and snow, work will be available indoors most days.
