• Drive a 3500 pickup truck with an 18-foot gooseneck trailer to farms all around our region
• Help with the demo & installations of cattle control equipment (stalls, gates & fences)
• Arrive early at the shop to load up
• Inspect the truck & trailer lights every morning
• Drive the crew safely to and from the job site
• Maintain an accurate logbook
• Operate heavy equipment such as skid loaders, backhoes, excavators, etc. (training provided)
• Assist in installing cattle control equipment and with concrete work
• Take photos of the job site daily to reflect the work being done
• Look for methods to improve the installation process
• Keep the truck clean & orderly
• 2 to 3 overnight trips per month

We provide one-day installations, repairs, & renovations for dairy barns in Lancaster County & the surrounding regions. We are committed to honoring God & being a light to the world.

We are looking for a full-time, reliable Ag Equipment Installer to serve as our driver and also operate equipment on the job site. We do require flexible work hours to accommodate the milking schedule. Our Ideal Agriculture Equipment Installer:

• Experience: Must know how to drive a truck & trailer. Willing to train for the construction & installation process. Previous experience in construction, masonry, and/or operating heavy equipment is a plus (skid loader, jackhammer, excavator, etc.)
• Team Player: We all work together and support each other in performing the quality work our customers deserve and will put in the effort to get along with others.
• Reliable & Punctual: As the driver, you must be on time so that we are on time to the job site. When we have early mornings, drivers can take a rest period if needed.
• Conscientious: Cares about quality & takes pride in your work. Makes sure the job is done right, uses equipment with respect, and maintains a clean and orderly truck.
• Friendly & Positive: Someone who treats everyone with respect. Courteous & helpful with customers and coworkers.
• Active: This position requires the physical work of installing & operating equipment, using hand tools, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Can navigate a construction site.
• Clean-cut: Maintains a reasonably clean appearance and uses appropriate language. The farm families that we serve often enjoy watching us work.
• Clean Driving Record: Respectful & safe driver. Must have a valid PA License & a reasonably clean driving record for the past five years.
• Must have your own basic hand tools
