As an In-Store Used Vehicle Buyer at TEAM Auto Group, you will play a crucial role in working directly with guests, providing appraisal details, purchase prices, and ensuring a seamless vehicle acquisition process. You will actively engage with guests in service, manage online trade leads, and collaborate with the team on appraisals to further enhance our pre-owned inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with guests to understand their trades, vehicle preferences, and needs.
• Provide detailed appraisals and transparent purchase prices for used vehicles.
• Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring a positive and efficient acquisition process.
• Engage with guests in service and effectively manage online trade leads.
• Work closely with the team to assist in appraisals and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market values, and relevant automotive developments.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically in used vehicle acquisition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven track record as a successful negotiator and team player.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed acquisition targets.
