Teal’s Market, a family-owned grocery business in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota, seeks a creative and dedicated Floral Manager for our Cold Spring, MN, location. As a key team member, you will lead the floral department, create floral arrangements, and drive sales through effective design and display strategies. We pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable associates, and commitment to providing quality products at competitive prices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead the floral department to create seasonal and evergreen arrangements.
• Design floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring accurate pricing and proper storage/rotation based on store standards.
• Maintain records of invoices, receiving, and shrink control, and work with the store manager to achieve department merchandising goals.
• Promote a friendly, enthusiastic culture within the store.
• Work during weekend and holiday hours and be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in floral design and department management is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Availability to work during weekends and holidays.
