Job Overview:
Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a knack for technical support? Teadit is seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team! As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Basic information gathering on equipment issues, sizing requirements, and supply logistics.
- Providing emergency call-out support for delivery, sizing, and order processing.
- Secondary support for managed, consigned, and turnaround inventories.
- Assisting with various engineering tasks such as technical drawings, testing, and quality support.
- Representing Teadit professionally to customers both on-site and off-site.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures for on-site conduct.
- Contributing to our continual improvement program to meet ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for calibration purposes.
- Field service experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
