Our learners engage in a wide range of enriching activities such as art, music, physical education, and Spanish, with a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity.

Position: Engage students as Substitute Teacher/Paraprofessional in Early Education through Middle School.

Location: Join our team in Milwaukee, WI & Oconomowoc, WI.

Pay Rate: Earn $200 per day for K-12 and $125-$135 per day for Early Education.

Time: Make a difference from 8 AM to 3:15 PM for K-12 and 8 AM to 11:30 AM for Early Education.

• Passion for education or relevant field, either through a Bachelor's degree or hands-on experience
• Must possess a valid teaching certification or substitute teaching permit
• Proven experience working with children in an educational environment
• Exceptional classroom management skills and ability to maintain discipline
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and effective lesson planning
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques that promote a positive learning environment
