Job Description

Join our team! We are seeking individuals to help us launch a new location in the Norman, OK area. This full-time role will begin as primarily in-home with support from our Oklahoma City clinic with the intent to transition to a new clinic environment later this year. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Daily positive engagement with families
• Taking and graphing data to document success stories
• Direct one-on-one naturalistic play-based therapy in the home setting 
• Implementing specified programs/procedures
• Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor via telehealth
• Attending virtual team meetings and trainings
• Advancing your career!

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone with prior experience in ABA or related field
• Someone that has a passion for helping those with autism
• Someone that wants to be a lifelong learner
• Someone that wants to be a part of a great team and work with motivated professionals
• Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress) in the area of Psychology, Special Education, Speech, or a related field preferred
• Someone who is dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic!

Qualifications

Starting Compensation $18.00-$21.00
