Hiring, scheduling, and separation process all employees as well as their training and development is the primary focus of the Assistant Site Leader. Customer service is the focus of all team members, and the General Manager is tasked with ensuring that all team members strive for Excellence in that area.
Primary Job Functions Hiring and Terminations Daily Schedules for all employees Staff Training Weekly Site Self Audits Process and procedure implementation and training Customer complaints and damage claims management Assist in site marketing plans and follow-up with measurable details Essential Functions Perform group meetings and trainings with staff at all levels Ability to perform training on equipment, hardware and software Assist in personnel issues as well as hiring and terminations Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform all other tasks as assigned Basic Competencies & Requirements Basic understanding and use in Excel and other office applications Technical & Mechanical Capacity Ethical Conduct Communication Proficiency Results Driven Self-motivated behavior Completion of high school or trade school. Courteous people skills Enjoy a fast-paced work environment Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly Maintain a clean and organized work space Ability to use a computer, tablet, smart phone, software, and the internet Ability to speak and hear Requires driving, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Must occasionally lift and/or move items over 50 pounds (Site Leader) Safety Requirements Ladder safety Electrical Hazards & Lock-Out, Tag-Out First Aid Fall Protection Personal Protective Equipment Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. All safety equipment is provided. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Benefits Full-Time: up to 40 Hours Per Week
