Responsibilities
•Manage production tooling with operations
•Conduct testing using hand tools and analytical equipment
•Submit engineering orders for material test runs
•Data collection and analysis, such as SPC and process capability
•Execute equipment qualifications
•Participate in improvement projects
•Troubleshoot process or equipment problems
•Administration of the nonconforming material tracking system
•Administration of engineering change orders for controlled documentation
•Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives
•Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods to achieve results
•Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products TE manufactures
•Other tasks as assigned from manager or requested from engineering
What your background should look like:
•Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
•Seven to ten years experience in a manufacturing environment
•Demonstrated problem solving and customer service skills in support of manufacturing operations
•Demonstrated ability to achieve results aligned with business objectives
•Demonstrated experience using PC based systems in a network environment; working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, Teams, PLM (Document control), and ERP systems
•Experience using CAD software to view drawings/schematics (preferred)
•Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus

COMPENSATION
•Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $59,760 -89,640 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•Total Compensation = Base Salary Incentive(s) Benefits
