Job Summary

Designs, plans, organizes, and develops training curricula, materials, programs and resources to meet specific training needs. Analyzes learning needs and partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content. Plans and coordinates skill assessments and training. Works with management to ensure course materials are current and relevant to training needs.

Essential Duties

  • Designs and develops various learning products for training frameworks, training scenarios, role playing and delivery. Utilizes creative and cutting edge solutions.
  • Works cross-functionally with SMEs from all areas of the organization to design and develop customized training programs and optimal formats for learning delivery.
  • Responsible for training, learning, and knowledge initiatives and projects as an owner, participant and/or subject matter expert. Reviews and revises current curriculum and training formats and recommends and provides planning for improvements, efficiencies, or redesign based on results of learning objective results. Tracks learning and development activities across the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of instructional design and training experience in a corporate learning environment.
  • Must have proven experience in program development and delivery.Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, interactive learning methods, individual and group facilitation skills, presentation and project management skills.
  • Proficient with Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Audition, Premiere Pro), Storyline are a plus. Samples of your work are required.
  • Uses ADDIE process to develop material. Knowledge of Michael Allen’s SAM1 and SAM2 models are a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills with fluency in conversational and written abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and respond to short project deadlines with accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create innovative solutions.
  • Ability to function as a self-motivated team player capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Must have mastery of Microsoft Suite products.
