Title: Grounds Technician
Location: Cincinnati, OH

tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time Grounds Technician to help serve our clients in the Greater Cincinnati area. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a great attitude combined with exceptional leadership skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and scheduling for weather conditions

• Inspect exterior of each property and grounds

• Prepare grounds for seasonal changes

• Trim bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shape

• Weed flowerbeds as needed

• Shovel/plow and clear icy exterior walkways and parking lots during any wintry weather

• Safely and properly operate/maintain gas-powered equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers

• Safely and properly use and maintain various hand tools as required

• Work outside in all types of weather

• Other tasks assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Groundskeeper/Lawn Maintenance experience
• Computer skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Highly organized
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Effective communication skills.
• Great attitude
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
