TDG Facilities is looking for a Full-Time Cleaning Technician in the MIDDLETOWN / FRANKLIN / SPRINGBORO, OHIO area, working from 2pm to 10pm weekdays, to support a customer location in Franklin, Ohio. This role will be part of a team, and will require attention to detail and commitment to excellence to support an educational facility. 

Pay Rate: $15-$17.50 per/hr. 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2nd shift 2pm-10pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty waste receptacles in accordance with organizational policies
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance needs
• Follow established protocols and procedures
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commercial janitorial experience a plus!
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
