In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately entering large volumes of data into our system. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data from various sources into the database
• Verify accuracy of entered data and make necessary corrections
• Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical
• Conduct regular checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Assist with data quality control activities
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry
• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline data entry processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing skills and ability to work with numerical data
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of basic math and statistical analysis is a plus
