Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
• Assist customers in resolving issues and problems by troubleshooting and providing appropriate solutions
• Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
• Process customer orders and requests with a high level of accuracy
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
