Line of Business: Financial Crimes & Fraud Mgmt Job Description: The Global Security Analyst I provides a broad range of physical security and operational support related to TD's security and risk programs. Develops and evaluates documentation and procedures to ensure standards and processes meet the business needs to identify security risks and vulnerabilities across all TDBG locations. Supports investigations, risk assessments, policy and program development, including attestations, investigations, risk mitigation, life safety and security programs, and coordinating with internal and external partners. Depth & Scope: Prioritizes and manages own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity Consistently exercises discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalates issues where appropriate Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional area Protects the interests of the organization – identifies and manages risks, and escalates non-standard, high risk transactions / activities as necessary Acquires and applies expertise in the discipline, provides guidance, assistance and direction to others Identifies, recommends and effectively executes standard practices applicable to the discipline Adheres to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines Keeps abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assesses potential impacts Maintains a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite May lead work streams by acting as a project lead / subject matter expert for small scale projects / initiatives in accordance with project management methodologies Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required 1 years relevant experience In depth knowledge of physical security methods, regulatory environment, banking industry, products, services, systems and reporting Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations Knowledge of current and emerging trends Skill in conducting tests and inspections of products, services, systems, equipment and processes to evaluate quality or performance Skill in using computer applications including MS Office Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships Ability to pay high attention to details Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Who We Are: TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
