TCS Management Services Inc is Hiring a Payroll analyst Near Hummelstown, PA

This position will be based out of our Corporate Office located in Hummelstown, PA.

The Payroll Analyst position is primarily responsible for all aspects of the weekly payroll process for Field employees.

This includes confirming payroll information, processing PR approvals, additional earnings and Fringe benefits while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission.

Primary Responsibilities : Review of time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepanciesVerify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments, and post information in designated recordsCompute wages and deductions and enter data into computer systemRecord employee information, such as exemptions, terminations, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll recordsKeep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave for employeesReconcile health benefit deductions on a weekly basisWork closely with area locations and the OSC to process payroll items requiring approvals, research and resolve payrolldiscrepanciesComplete certified payrolls for prevailing wage projectsTrack fringe benefits for field employeesProcess Employee Verifications for Domestic Relations Matters.
