Manager of Project Management Office (PMO)
This position will be responsible for establishing the PMO infrastructure for this growing organization; managing and developing a team to collectively drive to the successful delivery of the organization’s strategic roadmap in partnership with the development leaders. In addition, the right candidate will help implement and refine Agile and Scrum methodologies across TCP’s product portfolio, assuming overall accountability for the successful delivery on all projects. The candidate is someone who thrives in an agile, collaborative, team-based environment, working closely with technology peers across TCP as well as main vendor partners. This position offers the opportunity to help shape the future of our growing organization as well as serve as a champion for continuous improvement. Fully remote position with occasional travel to regional TCP office locations.
