GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Roofing Foremen are responsible for overseeing their designated project, leading, mentoring, and supervising their designated crew of roofing technicians and helpers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Roofing Foremen are responsible for providing technical support during the installation process to ensure the highest level of quality is maintained during all stages of the installation.
Roofing Foremen ensure each project is completed within the preestablished guidelines by the manufacturer issuing the warranty on our job, and our clients. Roofing Foremen are responsible for overseeing the following:
1- Daily Operations
2- Team Talent Development
3- Technical Support
4- Safety
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB Education: -High School diploma or equivalent Experience:
-15 years of experience in the roofing industry -10 years of experience in a leadership role within the roofing industry. -10 years of experience working on the following systems: PVC roofing membrane, Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane, Modified Bitumen roofing systems, metal standing seam roofing systems, metal siding wall panels.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job requires to climb up ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., stand up and kneel down during the entirety of the shift, and staying outdoors exposed to the elements on high, and sometimes uneven roof surfaces.
