Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Event Production Labor team member to join our agency. You will be responsible for performing various tasks in an event environment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to lift 50 pounds. If you have experience in fabrication, assembly, and possess mechanical knowledge, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for someone who knows what "event-ready" looks like.

Who we’re looking for:

• Must be located in Chicago or willing to travel
• 1 year of experience in event production; prior experience working as a production coordinator in the industry preferred
• Strong drive to learn and work hard
• Positive attitude
• Able to work in a team setting and can self-manage tasks
• Certifications may act in place of a bachelor's degree where applicable
• Strong understanding of industry market and conditions
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High regard for quality assurance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the project’s Lead Producer to ensure success of the program
• Work on multiple projects and assignments with a variety of staff
• Employ strong problem-solving skills and provide recommendations on site
• Work onsite during production for events as needed
• Provide status reports to Production Team as necessary
• Coordinate and attend site visits if need arises
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
• Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demand
• Ability to move/assemble/and install items for our events
