Job Summary:

Be part of a continuously growing team in Northern, Central, and Southern NJ areas. As a Canvasser, you will engage with the public through door to door appointment setting for solar consultations. Control your own income with an industry leading commission based compensation structure. The average canvasser makes between $1,000 - $2,500 a week. High producers will earn between $2,500 - $4,000 a week. Continuous training and mentoring provided for all new employees.

Duties:

- Conduct door-to-door appointment setting
- Engage in efforts to persuade potential customers to set consultations with a solar pro
- Work day/hours will be 5 days a week from 11am - 6pm
- No experience necessary

Skills:

- Customer service-oriented approach
- Experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing preferred but not needed
- Self motivated with the focus on production and earning as much as possible
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse audiences
- Strong negotiation skills to secure appointments
