TCCCANDIDATEPORTAL is Hiring a Website Coordinator Near Fishers, IN

This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing and be a part of our Customer Experience Team. Our Website Coordinator will be responsible for design, implementation, and upkeep of the multiple sites across our business. In addition, this position will play a role in Power Apps development and will work with our Creative Team to help build and send email communications to our customers. Not only do we want someone with the technical skills available to do this, but we also want someone that can bring their unique personality to our award-winning culture. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, web development, or an applicable area of study. If applicant doesn’t possess the degree necessary, they should have equivalent job experience• Detail-oriented, organizational, analytical, and planning skills with a commitment to high standards of quality• Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense, and results-oriented environment• Knowledge and experience with web development in WordPress or a comparable system• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)• Knowledge of desktop publishing tools and graphic design software (Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)• Familiarity with HTML coding for web and email development• SEO knowledge and ability to implement changes • At least 2 years of prior experience Responsibilities:• Design, build, and program email templates, landing pages, ads, and more to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives• Normal website maintenance including plug-in updates, security checks, etc.• Assist with SEO projects covering organic site optimization, including related analytics/reporting• Work with the marketing team to optimize our website experiences, increasing website traffic, engagement, and conversions• Review, evaluate, design, develop, test, and implement enterprise applications (low code) and solutions• Provide weekly reporting to decision makers on website and application performance#Marketing #Websitecoordinator #Nowhiring
