Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Mobile Expert to join our team. As a Mobile Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with sales, and demonstrating sales features. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Assist customers in selecting the right mobile devices, accessories, and plans
- Educate customers on product features and benefits through product demonstrations
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems
- Handle cash and credit card transactions while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of mobile devices, accessories, and plans
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
- Proficient in retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, etc.
- Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems accurately
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

Pay starting at 15$ an hour. This job is a base pay commission job. Commission can range anywhere from up to 1250$ additional per month!
